Norwegian Cruise Line has added user-generated reviews to its main website, something unique for a large corporation.
Most companies, especially those in the service industry, like to have very tight controls on the content of their website and user reviews. While we don’t know what NCL’s moderation policy looks like, i.e. they may delete an unfavorable review of one of their cruises – but we were able to find several unfavorable reviews for ports and tours, suggesting that at least in that category, you can get a fair picture of NCL’s ports and excursions.
