New Southern Caribbean Itinerary for Carnival Destiny

So you love the Southern Caribbean, but you’d like something different, an itinerary that you haven’t done before?  Carnival Cruise Line has your answer.  According to Carnival president and CEO, Bob Dickinson, “The Southern Caribbean is one of the world’s most sought-after cruising regions… ” Beginning January 8, 2008, Carnival Cruise Lines’ Destiny will be sailing on a new five-port, seven-day itinerary from San Juan featuring a rare overnight call in La Romana/Casa de Campo.  A recent news release from Carnival Cruise Line states,

Add to this the fact that the Carnival Destiny is one of the largest cruise ships at sea at 101,353-tons and it underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation in 2005.  Of its 1,321 staterooms, 60 percent offer either an ocean view or
private balcony.  Carnival is currently taking reservations for this itinerary with prices beginning at $479 per person based on double occupancy.  So get moving and plan to visit or revisit the Southern Caribbean!
