Europe’s #1 cruise line, Costa Cruises, introduced a new system that will allow guests to check-in online at costacruises.com. Online check-in will be available for all of Costa’s itineraries worldwide, which include cruise destinations in South America, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Indian Ocean, Dubai and the Far East.
“Our web check-in system offers guests an additional ease of travel by allowing them to conveniently check-in from the comfort of their home,” said Ruben Perez, senior vice president of guest services and revenue management for Costa North America. “We’re always looking for ways to make the entire cruise experience more pleasurable for our guests and this is an extension of that. We’re certain many of our guests will quickly appreciate this new service.”
Costa cruises already offers electronic check-in kiosks for passengers departing from Port Everglades on Caribbean routes – a first for any cruise line at Port Everglades to offer this service.
