Cruise News, Cruise Ports

Mostly due to regular calls by the Costa Concordia and the MSC Fantasia, the Port of Marseilles has seen a 17 percent increase during the first half of 2009. The two ships have passenger capacities of 3,700 and 3,500, respectively.

The port of Marseilles typically has about 40 cruise ship visits a month during the busy summer season.
